About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to own and scale Chariot’s performance marketing engine. You’ll focus heavily on Meta Ads to start and possibly move into other digital acquisition and channel partnerships (e.g., consumer fintechs, affiliates) as scalable growth levers. You’ll run campaigns end-to-end — planning, launch, optimization, reporting — and be accountable for data-driven actions on our funnel.

This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical, creative, and execution-driven. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love rapid experimentation, and know how to translate insights into repeatable growth playbooks.
